I have taken out a contrcat costing about R180 per month. First deduction took place in December. To my surprise I was this month bill with R446. Most concerning is that I was billed R235 for an unscrupulous service provider called Marriot for downloads, whats app backgrounds etc. I have never ever subscribe to them. This happened with my daughter almost a year ago and I abrupt and refusely stopped it and I made no secret that I regard the service as daylight to unsuspecting customers. So why would I subscribe NOW. I am not even set-up for Internet service or Whats App. I must be a fool to subscribe to additional services that cost more than my primary Vodacom subscription. I even declined Vodacom's insurance offering to keep the contrcat cost effective. Surely Vodacom is charging a fee as agent for collecting this premium. I would have been alert for such advertisement. I want this service to be unsubscribe and all MY PREMIUMS REFUNDED. If I dont get satisfactory feedback by latest 30 January than I will request my bank for a reversal until I get satisfaction. Why dont I get statement by e-mail as that is how I signed up.
