Refer to my first complaint about this issue with the same headline dated 22 Jan 13:56.
I get told yet again my phone cannot be replaced, they insisted it was possible to wipe my device out clean and reload the factory OS 4.2.2, but I had to book my 3 day old phone for repairs, which out of frustration I agreed too. I get a call today saying my phone has been downgrade and ready for collection.
Go in to collect, and firstly the phone was not doubled checked by the rep, secondly the Sim card tray is lost, so i cannot insert my sim card, 3rdly, the phone still had OS 4.3 installed, 4thly, there is a scratch on my brand new phone on the bottom corner which was not there before, lastly, the book in sheet says they replaced my battery and my back cover??? WHY? besides it was not replaced because the back protective film is exactly how i cut it out before booking it in. So repairs to another phone using my phone details perhaps?
Don't you guys dare tell me now that you wont give me a new phone! And I want to be credited for the Hardware Subsidiary for the entire month you had it, and credit me for still having to keep my BES active to use my emails on my old phone.
