I reported a problem on Hellopeter 2 weeks ago. MTN's response is that they answered my query. I challenge MTN now to provide details for the public to see on how they responded. I've send Musa Twala, from MTN, 2 emails and he has not even acknowledged receipt of my emails. When is MTN going to give me records of my account and where my GBites went. MTN has deducted over R3000 off my bank account.
