No response on query

I phoned three times today to get a settlement amount on my home loan account. I have sent two emails of which the last one was sent around 10:30 AM, still no answer. I just want the settlement amount, nothing more! Yet I get no response. We have someone that is interested in the house but we need to know how much we owe before we can give them a price. If we snooze we are definitely going to lose. I am a little worked up over the fact that no one could give it to me over the phone and that despite 2 emails, I have not yet received a single helpful response.
