Earlier this year on the website Nashua advertised a package. I went to the store in Clearwater Mall with the intent to purchase the package. I was asked to take it up with customer services as that is not a package they could honour. I did so and after some emails and proof of the marketed product the communication just stopped, with no result
I then upgraded my contract to an advertised LTE (4G) enabled phone. I requested 4G/LTE service to be enabled. After the phone and new SIM got activated the service was still 3G. I phoned in and was told that the "service" was not loaded and I have to pay an extra R30.00 per month. I agreed to it and they confirmed it was loaded. I was still not able to use the service. On my own investigation I found that LTE enabled SIMs were to be provided. I went in the store requested a LTE SIM and received "a SIM". It didn't work and were told that MTN do not provide SIMs to Nashua. they will inform me once they have it. I'm still waiting 6m.
Lastly, there was an accident and I claimed. If I do not do the follow up I receive no communication. Twice I've been to the store and received the same "out of our hands" feedback.
