I have been trying to resolve the issue I have with my business line for weeks and everyday I get given a new ref number and told we will send a technician out to fix the line.
Some days I get told it could take up to 2 weeks to fix the problem.
I am running a business every hour that goes by means I am losing call in business. I cannot afford to continue like this.
I am not sure what else to do. Telkom has left me In a really bad position.
If I could I would remove the lines but my customers have saved the number and I cannot afford to lose the business.
I need this problem rectified ASAP
