POOR SERVICE

Had a new contract last year october, actually it was an additional sim as they call it. my bill runs on the 20th they say and i added this new sim contract on the 17th. i was supposed to get prorata for bundles and airtime as they say the is no prorata for sms but when u do send as sms they charge the sms. anyhow i only received prorated bundles BUT never recieved my prorata airtime for that 3 days. i contacted call center and logged a complaint they gave me ref#, which it doesnt matter now as i dont no how many ref# i have received since i started making follow up on this issue. every time people from the call center tells me we have escalated ur request to the relevant department to load airtime for you. as they said that the prorata airtime was suppose to be r70. im even tired of making follow up regarding this issue as they never assist with anything. they are quick to debit the money from our accounts but their service is so poor i hate myself for having this mtn number for more than 15 years. the last person i spoke to i asked him, should i just give up or what do u suggest i do? as always u will receive ur airtime in 24 hours.
