POOR & UNHELPFUL SERVICE FROM VODACOM - AS USUAL

I had slacked back in some payments in a cellphone contract due to the high data rates that vodacom takes. In the event, my cellphone number got deleted off the network. I had however settled the account, the consultant told me that reactivation would be a breeze.

Sad to say, a seven day waiting period has now become a month or so long! i have been calling vodacom like crazy trying to sort ths out!! being transferred from department to department, with no help. i have been involved in more costs, that beig purchasing new sim cards, sim swops etc. Vodacoms excuse is that my number is showing active on their system but isnt working on my phone! no-one has been able to rectify this problem for me since the end of November 2013!

But... they where all too quick to send me the bill.. for a sim card that is not even working!!!

switching to vodacom was the BIGGEST mistake i ever made!!!
