Moving house and at the new address I cannot get 10meg that I have now. Asked Afrihost on their "Support" page what I must do and got junk advice just like before. End result is that I now have a 4 meg connection added to my 10 meg line that I have already cancelled and nothing on my new line. Asked for Jan to phone me back so we can sort it out asap, but 5 hours later still nothing. It only took them a couple of minutes to sort my new contract and take my money, but when it comes to sorting out their - not so fast!
