My headline might be a big misleading, this is my 2nd iphone. 1st was replaced after a battery issue. Second one, lock button issue. All they do in send the phone in change, reload iOS and say the phone is fixed when it is not. In the mean time I have to phone them all the time for answers and sit without a phone for months on end. My phone is still under warranty. I think the phone should be replaced with something else and they deal with the supplier. A R12k phone and I sit without it for half the year, utter BS. Julie ann and Chelsea have tried to help but their processes are letting them and me down. Why should I have to go through this as the customer??
