I actually get phone calls from Altech Netstar's client service on how my matter was handled by the Company and the speediness in which my problem was resolved. This has been going months and all I get is the silly response on Hello Peter from Altech saying they will be in contact with me, probably just to show on their records that they have answered the customer. I have to say, I get better service at a Government Department like Home Affairs than I do at Altech Netstar. At least my passport was ordered, done and I got it within 2 months. Way better than what I am getting at Altech. O and by the way my name is Nicoleen Keulder and not Nooga. That's a username.
