Due to me changing my bank (therefore my debit orders gone wrong) I have had to pay MTN for my contract as a cash customer. My line was suspended and so i could make or recieve calls or get any sms. I tried to pay the account online which i couldnt because my bank was sending an OTP that i cannot recieve. Nonetheless, i managed to get the account paid and need to send proof of payment to get my cell reconnected.
I called 808, held on for 9min 9 seconds. Next call was over 20 minutes and more were shorter, but through each of the calls i did not get an answer. In the afternoon i emailed the customer care line and again later. then the next day i emailed and tried calling again. Is there no way of getting help here or is MTN dropping its standards. It may not be important to them but it is to me.
