After being turned away from two mtn branches and walking into the third wanting to speak to a area manager about my phone which i purchase a month ago and it froze and would not switch back on, Terrence Ntebe and Marlin Julies gave me excellent customer service, i am now a happy mtn client, these two gentleman managed to difuse the situation
