Efusing to cancel a contract after i was TO

9th of december i took out a contract with MTN in the golden acre, informing me that my 1st debit order will go off end of january. got home, i downloaded two apps, to find out all my airtime was already up. i went back the next day not happy, and i insisted that they cancel this contract as i realised i could not afford this anymore on top of it i was miss inf. another consultant tells me that terrence did not inform me about PRORATA. he then explains it to me, but i am still not happy as i was obviously miss informed, i return the phone, signing a cancellation form on the 13th of december 2013. terrence calls me on the 23rd of december telling me him and his manager SHURAY BOOLEY has been sitting with my problem, yet mtn refuses to cancel and expects me to pay R9000, AFTER GOING BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CANCEL? TO MY SURPRISE MTN DEBITS MY ACC WITH R455 ON THE 1ST OF JANUARY WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF!!! I WENT INTO THE STORE ON THE 3rd OF JANUARY TO SPEAK TO TERRANCE WHOM CALLS HIS MANAGER SHURAY, I TELL HIM HIS CONSULTANT DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT PRORATA. TERRENCE AND TELLS ME HE DID INFORM ME!!! TO THE CLIENT!!! THEY BOTH TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! PATHETIC!!
