Last week Tuesday I went to Mtn in Cresta to Claim my cellphone from the insurance. I got to Cresta after 5pm & I was told by the consultant Mola that 24 mobility insurance trading hours are until 5pm and should come into the shop before then. Mola then took down my details and said he will call the insurance company the following day and provide me with feedback once he is done. Wednesday, Thursday And Friday went by without him giving me feedback. On Friday I left work early to be at Mtn before 5pm and was there 4:45. The consultant who assisted phoned the insurance company and she didn't get assist from them. Mola who was ment to have done the follow up said he did but hasn't received an email from the insurance letting him know that the claim is approved. His excuse was that he was off on Thursday therefore was not able to follow up. I only got my phone on Saturday from a different consultant. Yesterday I took in my phone as it was faulty I was told that I dropped it and the Manager is not in to approve for them to issue me with another phone. They said I should come in before I go to work as the manager will be in. Again they promised to give feedback until now no feedback.
