I am writing to compliment the service from Phillip from @Home Sandton City. He is an absolute gentleman, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He personally greets me every time I am in the store & always goes the extra mile when assisting me. After my last purchase which I collected from the Centurion distribution center, he phoned me to follow up that I had collected and if I was happy with the product.
I appreciate the excellent service from him, and he is the reason why I choose the Sandton City branch over the other branches (even though Sandton City is much further from my home). Keep up the excellent work Phillip, you're an asset to you company and I hope they reward you accordingly
