I renewed my contract on 079 900 8971 . I was suposed to get 300 MBytes of data. i am currently getting only 100 Mbytes. I have reported this twice at Greenstone. The call has been logged and my problem has not been resolved. I have had no feedback from Altech.
My other cell phone number is 083 608 4346 . I can cancelled my Blackberry BIS contract in April and am still getting billed for this. Again reported twice on the computer system. No feed back and as far as i know this has not been resolved
