I called Telkom to cancel my business line over a week ago. I was told to email a signed letter with all the company details, tel num etc which I did. I received an acknowledgement from the email address.
I called Telkom this AM, they say no notes have been added to say the line is being canceled. I have resnt the email to the Telkom retention centre. another acknowledgement but no action or follow up.
I will not be liable for any charges incurred as a result of Telkom's non service in cancelling my services.
please ge someone to sort this out ASAP
