You cannot complain about service, because there is none! Wanting to early termination, you cannot get any one to assist, and I understand that I have to settle the handset in order to terminate. The debit order for phone call etc. has to be processed first, before a final termination figure can be given. Which is really day light. It means I am paying for a month, in advance, and still have to do a full settlement amount on my handset. You cannot talk to the "CHAMP" either you cannot hear the mumbling or they are perfectly rude!! The contract phones available is so inferior to the market out there.
