I got a laptop, modem and data deal from Incredible Connection, and I pay extra per month to them for insurance as I use this laptop and internet for business. I have a internet connection problem and I went to them to help me fix it. They made me go to Vodacom saying that it is not their problem but Vodacom's (even though I got everything from them). They refuse to help me saying that its not their problem even though I still pay monthly for the laptop, internet AND insurance for loss, damage of technical difficulties. Its frustrating because my business depends on my internet connection to order stock, emails etc. but I am now stuck with what they refuse to fix.
