I am still waiting 4 weeks later from my last conversation with Alessandro and nothing has been done and no phone call or email to say that my contract is cancelled. i woke up this morning to a nice surprise from vodacom deducting money from my bank account for my cell phone which is perfect and deducting an amount for the contract i want cancelled, i have now reached my boiling point and am very upset with this if this matter does not get resolved today i will be going to the bank and reversing the transaction. i want vodacom to phone me and explain what is going on and when this matter will be concluded.
