Discusted of the way MTN treats it's customers

MTN responded to the Hellopeter, but they have not solved my query, 4 months ago I bought a laptop at MTN, and returned it within 10 days of receipt, as it had a manufacturing fault, hp issued a letter of authority for it to be replaced, a month later I had no feedback from MTN so I decided to cancel my contract with them, MTN continued to debit my account for the months of Sept, Oct, Nov, and dec. mind you i did not have the laptop with, so in nov I decided to reverse the payment and in dec they debited 700 on my account, I reversed it again. Now MTN is threatening to take legal action against me, my question is for what, for a broken laptop that I never used and returned within 10 days? It is not my fault that MTN's communication channels are broken, I contacted Express telecoms a direct dealer for MTN to cancel my contact in September but for some reason MTN only revived the request in Dec. I would like MTN to sort this out for me urgently, because I have now decided to pay the 709.64 MTN is threatening to sue me for, just for the sake of a clean record. I am not sue how long is this "investigation" going to take. MTN is a huge disappointment. I want all the monies I paid.
