A friend tried to transfer loyalty points to me, but it wasn't successful. I contacted the call centre regarding my loyalty registration, which from my knowledge, was registered months ago. They were looking into it, but nothing has been done so far. I have called the call centre numerous times, the only response I get, is "Be Patient' . It has been almost 3 weeks and I can't be patient anymore.
