I took my laptop for a repairs (broken screen) at African nerds a Hp outlet on campus (uj bunting road campus) about 4 months back and every time i call or visited them to get updates about the laptop i get get excuses like the they haven't supplied them with a new screen yet, or the delivery vehicle is not working on that day. Yesterday day i called them and they told me that they have my laptop with them but they cant give it to me because when i paid for it the money was debited to the wrong account so they will solve the problem and get back to me before the log off, they didn't call. Today i call them and they say the problem is solved i can come get it, when i got there they tell me there was a misunderstanding my laptop was delivered at Vaal so they need to go get it. I'm writing my final exams now and ever since my laptop has been gone my grades are not well because i use slides to study.
