No Data connectivity

I bought a prepaid data sim (Giga 200) in June 2013. speed was ok for the first few months. Thereafter speed dropped significantly and rendered my data almost useless. I would still be able to get IM's at least. But for the past 2 months I have been getting no data connectivity at all even though it shows as 3G with full signal.

I contact the support desk and they said they would contact me. They contacted me but the time they wanted to come inspect I was unavailable and they said they would send me a number for me to call them to give them a time. I was not sent the number, and when i called again my case was closed. I then asked them to reopen the case and still there has been no contact. I still have 176gb left of my 200gb since I am unable to use it.

Please contact me with a solution, either fix the network so i can use my data, or refund me my money!
