I upgraded my contract to another package in the first week of December 2013, when I called Cell C yesterday just to confirm what me debit order will be I was given twice thrice the amount the consultant told me when I upgraded so this affects my entire budget for the month and is very frustrating, now I understand why others are using other cell phone providers and not Cell C as you say one thing and do another, someone needs to call me urgently. I am not impressed at all with the service and don't recommend anyone to join Cell C they are a rip off.
