Virgin Mobile South Africa
Double debited

I cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile, there was apparently an outstanding amount of R 459.10 outstanding. I told them they could debit that at the end of October 2013. On the 26/10/2013 they took R229.55 on the 29/10/2013, they took another R229.55. On the 31/10/2013, they took an amount of R781.07 again. Unfortunately I only left enought for R322 as per what the agent told me, the debit order bounced due to insuffient fund & now I have to pay R137.93 for your mistake.

I asked Phemelpo how much my account currently was & they advised me that it was R322.00. I emailed Phemelo Mochwanaesi the copy of my bank statment, showing his the debits of 2 x R229.55. I emailed im again with the copy of my bank statement witht the R781.07 debit, but have had no response from him again, I asked him if I could get a copy of my statement and he advised me that there was a problem with the statement system?

I have had endless problems with Virgin Mobile and this is really the last straw. I would like the R137.93 of the unpaid item charge paid back to me.
