You upgrade two of my contracts to iPhone5 one to Samsung 4s and a new contract for a iPad Mini in the last two months, when the main contract needs to be upgraded (to an iPhone 5) the cost being the same that I currently pay there is a problem??? Please come and fetch your headsets... I will take my business to people that actually cares about clients... Please ensure that my main number is ready for a transfer.
I have 5 lines (was 7) on my personal account, which I will cease to pay! You are welcome to come and fetch the headsets from my house, you are also welcome to sue, and I will defend it in public... We will also be moving our corporate account after our board meeting...
I can now understand why you are losing market share... Perhaps you should invest a bit more in your staff and clients and advertise less...
