Firstly the call centre is just terrible. Not only are they not helpful and never do what they say they would. They also don't understand simple English. Are call centre people screened before you hire them? This is the 808 contract centre. Paulsen or Paul ntembu is one person that is not helpful at all. Another call centre agent is just not smart at all. Thank his only job is answering phones.

Another thing is the useless customer care centre. They made me wait 30 min to speak to a manager and I still never got to speak to one. I hung up and had to call again. And again they did the same thing to me.

Please for the sake of your brand... You need to send some of your agents to high school or check their credentials.

I am never ever going to sign a contract with mtn. When I am done I am done.
