Bad attitude and unusable system

I can't believe how useless the call centre is at Liberty CareCross.

I have had problems where agents did not know how to use their own system - which made it impossible to use their service, so i just paid cash when need be because it is such a useless service.
After loads of admin and a hello peter report - i got a very helpful, courteous call from Jodi in the escalations department who told me what questions their system could answer.

Relieved and satisfied by the her response, i decided to call in again because i had a further question about an OBGYN. The call centre agent then told me that their system does not allow a search for specialist by hospital - WHAT ON EARTH IS IT DESIGNED FOR THEN?? Besides, i was told it could do this.

Philleas, the call centre agent who i had spoken to was flabagasted by the fact that I was telling him how to do his job! he abruptly then informed me that he could no longer deal with me but had to speak with the main member (my husband) and put the phone down.

I am up to my ears by now - 6 months pregnant and cannot get assistance to find a hospital to deliver at because of rude, incompetitant call centre agents. What to do??
