CALLED VODACOM REGARDING DATA THAT MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED, VODACOM CANNOT EXPLAIN WHERE EXACTLY MY DATA WAS USED UP, CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND QUERY WAS ESCALATED TO THEIR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT, GET FEEDBACK 2 WEEKS LATER VIA SMS NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL, CALL THEIR CALL CENTRE BACK AND SPEAK TO CHRIS WHO SAYS HE WILL ESCALATE TO A MANAGER, TODAY I GET AN SMS TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT 14 DAYS FOR FEEDBACK, CALLED THE CALL CENTRE BACK, ON HOLD FOR 50 MINUTES AND EVENTUALLY HUNG UP... CAN I PLEASE GET A SENIOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS AS THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS SEEM TO NOT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH...
