After being fed up with Web Africa's horrible throttling on my 2mb uncapped line I decided to move to mweb. Sent through my cancellation request in December to cancel at the end of January, which was approved. Then in the last week of January I receive and invoice from them, billing me for February "Home ADSL Uncapped 2Mbps - XXXXX@wa (2014-02-01 - 2014-02-28) R199.00". I called their support line and waited 15 minutes before hanging up and trying again, still not able to get through to billing I called their sales department to try an get some kind of service. The guy that answered was friendly did everything I asked and helped me out with the incorrectly billed 2mbps account. Then 30 minutes after I put down the phone I received an e-mail billing me for a [URL Removed] domain transfer (something I've never heard before). Another thing I'm going to have to wait on the phone for for 30 minutes or more before they answer an allow me to sort it out.

By far the worst internet company in South Africa.
