I have tried since 2 January 2014 to cancell my Telkom Closer option on my account telephonically on telephone no 10210 but no-one answers the telephone. i Tried phoning EVERY DAY and each time I hold on for about 40 minutes - no answer. I even tried cancelling the service online but my account shows I am still being billed for the month of February 2014. How do I cancell this option if Telkom does not answer the phone on the number and options provided.
