Billing vs Selling

Why am I billed for Domain Subs if I selected Ultra Uncapped hosting for a flat rate of R99pm? Ultra Uncapped hosting includes a free [URL Removed] and [URL Removed] domain. (Or is there some hidden condition that I did not read?)

And, by the way, the [URL Removed] domain is not up and running yet, but you are billing me for the service. Please refer to invoice 39040438. I have been communicating with your sales department regarding this matter.
