Received high accounts from October 2013.
Complained to Head office, was told to speak to Mira as it has nothing to do with Cell C. Mira don't want to listen, they just want their money.
Reversed two debit orders. Cell C threatens with blacklisting and blocking service. I deducted Mira's money from account and paid Cell C in full. Cell C still not happy, they want there money, actually Mira's. Told them that this is a and was verified as such at beginning of October. Cell C is thus supporting the. I do not want to pay for the. Cell C is not responding to my plea. Cell C has now suspended my service and told me that they will add Mira's money again to my acc. end of January and if I don't pay by 1st Feb., they will blacklist me. My name is Priscilla Nel.
I need help fast because Cell C does not want to help me and I am there client since 2005.
I am at the end of my current contract at this stage and if they do not want to help me, I will have to go to another service provider. Thanking you.
