Neotel still debiting account after cancelation

The account for 011 023 2992 was cancelled on 22 Nov 2012. End Of Dec 2012 the account was still debited. In mid Jan 2013 I confirmed that the account has been cancelled and again at end of Jan 2013 the account was debited.
I have spent over an hour already just today being chased from pillar to post with no resolution as to why it happened and when the amount of about R 2'000 that was '' will be refunded.
