In Dec I went to the Vodashop in Vodaworld looking for a "LAPTAB" The 2 available was HP & Samsung. I asked Gift what the difference was and he said there is no difderence. Never mentioned that the HP does not have a build in Micro sim slot. We went on holiday for 4 weeks to USA only when we arrived back in January my husband opened the box. We tried to find the slot for the Micro sim to no avail. I took the labtab to the Vodashop Friday last week only to realise there is no slot it works with a USB modem and the Samsung NOT. My husband is very upset and can not work with the HP. Today I went back to the Vodashop to ask for assistance. Both the consultant and the manager said all they can do is that I have to pay in an amount for the Samsung because the HP was used but she didn't even open the box to see that everything is still in the original packaging. She also said there is NOTHING else they can do she did not even greet me when I left. We can not use this HP unit and yet needs to R12 000 over the next 24 months. I feel it's really unfair to pay so much for something that you can not use??
