Incorrect Billing and Account Dept gone Cold

I received my December invoice and i saw i was charged for insurance R169.00 which i didn't apply for. i have insured the phone i upgraded with, but it was on prepaid and Cellsure debits my Account. I called Vodacom on the 23-12-2013 and a service request was logged (Service Request No: S3-T9312-22NM5). i called in again a month later 0n the 24-01-2014 and the gentleman i spoke to said he was transferring me to Account information and the line was quite for more than 5 min. i had to hang up. so i need a refund as i am paying for insurance through my bank Account.
