I JUST HAVE NO WORDS LEFT AFTER 3 MONTHS

I have struggled now for THREE MONTHS to cancel one phone contract and upgrade another. The latest invoice is wrong, got an sms with a different amount owing which is even more wrong than the latest invoice. THREE MONTHS AND I JUST HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WORDS LEFT. I CANNOT EXPLAIN THIS TO YET ANOTHER PERSON. GET SNOTHER CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IT WILL BE FIXED. NEXT MONTH, WRONG AGAIN. NEXT MONTH, WRONG AGAIN, NEXT MONTH, EVEN MORE WRONG AGAIN. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. SUCH UTTER AND COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE IS MIND BOGGLING - ABSOLUTELY MIND BOGGLING!!! NO HUMAN BEING IS ABLE TO BREATHE AND GET IT WRONG OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER...
