Tower number 14451 / 14452 is again off-line.
Please refer to Incident # 6868429. This incident should NOT be closed and is not resolved at all.
This tower is more off-line than on-line.
Can you perhaps tell me when Telkom Mobile expects tower 14451 / 14452 to be working again?
Please escalate this to management. I am not happy at all about the quality of service delivery in the Kameelfontein area.
Telkom cannot deliver on their 60GB 60GB contract.
