I have finally upgraded my account. I wanted to move but thought I should give them another chance. After a 5 month wait and fight for a handset to be fixed a year ago (which stopped working after 1 week, I went to a different supplier and then all good) I now have waited over 2 weeks for a new handset, and no one can tell me what the status is. This is my last 2 year contract, getting calls for renewal of other contract, or another data package instead of getting the basics is just terrible customer service.
