A simple line transfer for a pensioner has become a nightmare. Payment had to be made early in January and then nothing happened. Upon calling (Held for 30 minutes) I was told I had cancelled the transfer but they would reactivate it. Eventually the technician arrived and said he could not find the number and did some sort of installation but permanently crossed the line with another line. Phone is not working. Two subsequent calls have been made, held for 22 minutes and 34 minutes. My request to escalate has fallen on deaf ears. Telkom does not deserve any business. Absolutely non existent service. Zero out of Ten. To aggravate matters, they have called last night for me to rate the service!!! Staggering.
