Since my report was logged last wee Monday, I was only phoned that day. I am still waiting for feedback on my phone. WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG??? Will I ever get my phone back? I want my phone. It has almost been a month now and I don't have a phone to work with! This is such poor service and I want a answer today with a date when I will have my phone back.
