In my previous report, I explained the lengths I had to go to to get my husband's phone reconnected after we'd paid his bill. I thought the issue was laid to rest until a day or two ago when his phone was inexplicably disconnected again. I phoned the Call Centre today and they said they would put through a request to turn it back on through to their technical department and gave me a reference number. My previous experience with 8Ta/Telkom Mobile does not leave me confident that this will happen! (Besides the fact that they keep putting me through to a customer feedback questionnaire after calls to them, which doesn't work most of the time and cuts off!)
