I am so fed up with bad service from Telkom. Since last night my ADSL has been running at a tenth of the speed. I can't log a fault on the website because there is already a fault logged against the number, when the line magically fixed itself after I logged the previous fault. But the fault was never removed. So now I have to spend another half hour of my life tonight talking to someone in a call centre that is clearly useless anbd will tell me there is no problem.
