About a month ago I applied for an ADSL line, telkom were quick to request a R700 deposit not so quick to install the line however. Line was installed on Thursday 15th Jan 2014. Due to the fact that they cannot specific an approximate time only my helper was home when installation was done. We have subsequently tried to access the internet but are unable to. My daughter called the call centre 8 times on Saturday morning everytime no-one could assist and "transferred" her to a dialling tone. She then went to the telkom branch in Greenstone who promised someone would come out on Monday at a fee ofcourse to assist. Not surprisingly this did not happen.
Can we please get some customer support and assistance sothat we can use the service we have applied and paid for in advance.
