Sim Swop Incompetancy

Due to the high rate of MTN has now decided to ask their customers to produce affadavits from the police before they will action any sim swop when asking the Area Manager at the Gardens Branch why this was done as usual due to bad training at his level he replied it is policy and he had to follow it if he did not want to lose his job, the nature of obtaining an affadavit is no protection for sim swops i have been a loyal client of MTN for over 10 years with astronomical cell phone bills which I have been paying without fault and these buffoons cannot even attempt to identify me by asking me questions or accepting an ID, Drivers Licence and a million other types of proof of ID I have, what a joke to try and stop by only accepting affadavits I suggest they go and research as to how affadavits are issued and to whom
