I bought an iPhone from CA Cellular in December. Within a few days it was clear the phone was not working properly - it was getting extremely hot, and the battery life had reduced significantly. I tried to call CA Cellular on three separate occassions, and left messages for the repairs department to get back to me. They never did.
They finally picked up the phone after 3 weeks - 2 weeks later, it was returned from the repair centre, with a message to say there was nothing wrong with the phone! CA Cellular then tested it themselves, and agreed it was faulty. However they refuse to swap the phone for me.
I have now spent over a month trying to get this resolved, I have paid a lot of money for a new Apple phone, and I am getting nothing but shocking service.
Stay away!!!
