Do not honour commitments

I would discourage anyone from using Vodacom's home Wi-Fi internet service, particularly if purchased from the Rosebank store. They promise to refund you in full if there is bad connectivity in the area and when it does not work, renegade on that promise and leave you saddled with a large upfront payment that they refuse to refund. In addition, their customer service is extremely unhelpful, passing the buck and continuously shifting you from one person to the next. Their store management are even worse - rude, unresponsive and completely aloof. I have been a Vodacom customer for over 5 years on contract, but will be ending my relationship with them now. In addition, my company gives Vodacom blackberry's to thousands of people and I intend to recommend that we shift suppliers.
