IVE TAKEN OUT A SAMSUNG S4 DEAL ON A 24 MONTH CONTRACT WITH CELL C, WHICH SEEMS TO BE A BAD DECISION AS THE NETWORK IS SO BAD AT TIMES THAT YOU CANT EVEN MAKE CALLS.HAVING A SMARTPHONE WITHOUT GOOD RECEPTION THEREFORE BECOMES A WASTE

ON 20th AUGUST 2013 I LOGGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE POOR NETWORK AND VIRTUALLY NO 3G NETWORK IN ZINNIAVILLE, A SUBURB OF RUSTENBURG.TILL NOW STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM.

I HAVE APPROX 4H30MIN OF TALK TIME WHICH I DIDNT USE BECAUSE MY CLIENTS CANNOT HEAR ME OR THE CALLS DONT GO THROUGH.I ALSO HAD 4GIGS OF DATA PILED UP WHICH I CANT USE.

I DID USE SOME DATA IN SANDTON THIS WEEKEND AND IT WORKED LIKE A BOMB.SO ITS DEF POOR SIGNAL IN RTB.MTN PROVIDING NETWORK BOOSTERS 2 THEIR CLIENTS TO SORT THEIR PROBLEM OUT, WHAT IS CELLC DOING?

WE ARE 4 CELLC SUBSCRIBERS IN 1 HOUSEHOLD AND ALL HAVING SAME PROBLEM.REALLY HOPE THIS MATTER CAN GET RESOLVED.
